My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, especially the warm welcome from Lynne and Andy, and the clean, thoughtfully appointed room that allowed us to feel right at home while exploring nearby attractions like Radipole Park and Gardens, just a mere 500 meters away, and the picturesque Weymouth Harbour, which we reached in less than a 15-minute stroll.

Wonderful hosts and delicious breakfast

I had an amazing stay! Lynne and Andy were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly cooked options that catered to our dietary preferences. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely ambiance that added to the experience. the parking space could be a bit more spacious as it felt a bit tight at times.

The room was immaculate, but our Sat nav led us through a pedestrian area.

Charming decor, comfy bed, and the breakfast options are fantastic. The second window in our room lacked a proper curtain, waking us up early. Only a quick walk to the beach, which is convenient for mini golf nearby.

we stayed at the st john's guest house for 3 nights n it was great. the owners were super friendly n made us feel welcomed right away. our room was spacious, clean, n comfy beds. breakfast was really good too, with lots of choices. plus it's just a short walk to the beach, which was awesome!

the only downside was the parking situation was a bit tight in the back. also, some noise from outside could be heard in our room at night.

In my wife’s opinion, an earlier breakfast option would be great for families eager to start their day.

Had an amazing time with friends! We really enjoyed visiting Sandworld and Pirate Adventure Mini Golf. The guest house had bike hire available, which was a big plus for exploring the area. The newly refurbished breakfast lounge was a hit, and Andy's efforts with parking made us feel secure about our car. Highly recommend staying here!

This guest house suits me perfectly with friendly staff, free Wi-Fi in rooms, and a lovely breakfast. I still remember how they helped me with a cold drink during my first stay. Highly recommend it!

Traffic noise could be intrusive during the day!!! Managing parking was a bit of a challenge, especially during busy periods!!! A second window without proper coverage allowed in unwanted light in the morning!!!

The family room was spacious for us, with a double and two singles in separate rooms. Super clean and had a shared bathroom that was really comfortable. It felt warm and cozy. They had a mini fridge, which was handy for keeping drinks cold. The décor stood out, creating a nice atmosphere. The little touches, like homemade cookies, added to the experience. Only downside was the shared bathroom situation, which could be a hassle at times.

There’s ample storage in the spacious room, and breakfast offers a superb selection, beautifully presented. Just a short walk to the beach and town center makes it an ideal location.
